It's been a while to update the blog, haha. I should have done more :-p Well, we've been busy to prepare new cookies and cakes, some orders as well. This one is one of our new cookies, Polvorón, actually it's a traditional spanish cookies, usually made for a celebration or christmas. Since we like the taste, we always try to find a reason to celebrate everyday, haha! It kinda hard to describe the taste, kinda nutty, and the texture is very crumbly. Don't you try it by yourself :-D and let us know, what do you think?
I think polvoron is the best tasting Filipino dessert there is. I eat polvoron almost everyday even if there's no occasion. =)
