It's called "Kue Mangkok" or cupcake, but not the usual cupcake with icing. Usually you can find this cake at the traditional market.
The main ingredients are rice flour, cassava and sugar and you combine it all then steam it until it raise. Usually it comes with grated coconut.
Good with black coffee :-)
