When i was a kid i love to have a jackfruit pie, unfortunately i only tried the frozen one. Well good news is a week ago we pick a very big jackfruit from our backyard. Since we got some fruit left, I tried to make it for hand pies filling. It turned out to be good! Unfortunately I don't have vanilla ice cream, it might tasted good with it! I need to fix my ice cream maker.
