抹茶のパウンドケーキ

Matcha pound cake with homemade anko.
This is the second time i tried to make anko, not that hard, but it takes time.
The cake tasted not too sweet, good combination with the sweet anko.

Hello everyone, we're still working on the website, hopefully it'll finished soon. Anyway, we tried to bake a egg white cake with raisin. Fluffy, not to sweet and light, perfect for afternoon coffee.
